  1. What happens if I cancel my booking after having paid?

The R200 deposit required to secure your booking is non-refundable deposit. If you have paid more than this, you will be refunded the balance.

  1. What happens if it is raining on the day?

You may postpone your booking, provided you have not collected the inflatable from us or we have not yet left with the delivery. The booking must however be taken up within six months of the original booking date.

  1. What happens if there is damage to the inflatable or the motor while in use and it is not our fault?

We will do our best to replace the damaged equipment as quickly as possible.

  1. What happens if we damage the inflatable or motor?

You will lose your damage deposit and you will be liable for repair costs in excess of the damage deposit.

  1. What happens if we are late to collect or return the inflatable?

Some or all of the damage deposit may be withheld.

  1. What happens if we ask the driver to come back later to collect the inflatable or if we delay him?

You will need to pay additional delivery charges.

 

 

Character Entertainment

 

  1. What happens if our hired character does not pitch?

We will do our best to ensure that a replacement is sent as quickly as possible. If we are unable to organise this, you will get a full refund.

  1. What happens if I cancel?

You will lose any payment made for the booking. If you have paid for prizes, you will be refunded this amount, provided cancellation is at least 7 days prior to the party.

  1.  What happens if I need to postpone?

You may postpone your booking, provided you give us at least 24 hours notice. The booking must however be taken up within six months of the original booking date.
